4 elements that sustain life. Today's blog post is simple. Find a way to get at least 3 of the 4 elements in your life today.
It's late May, so hopefully it'll be warm sunshine soon in your area. Get your walking shoes and stroll along a river bank or beach. Get a blanket and visit a local lake and have a picnic.
Of course continue to social distance if those things are still enforced in your area. But the point is to get outside, look at the clouds and dream dreams of life, your future, your desires, your plans, etc. Think about how grateful you are, make a memory box, skip stones, etc.
